basically school restrictions suck ASS. for one a fuck ton of sites are blocked like discord and also monitoring shitware makes teacher see screen which is worse than microsoft copilot and also you can’t use youtube without fuckass restricted mode enabled like wtf and i get that its supposed to be for schoolwork but like what are we supposed to do when we dont got shit else to do? not like were allowed to use our phones or anything. so i have set out to mostly fix these problems and thats what these 3 (technically 5) tools are for

the portal
the portal is how you get to all the tools and more. it has links to other proxies that exist and also has links to games, file storage (some of the files are public, if you have a login to store your own files theres a link to that too.) anyway it has capacity for expansion as its stupid easy to add more links to it and if you wanna add something then fill out this google form.
best part is it looks like the PS3 and PSP home screen (totally didnt steal that idea)
siñis searcher
siñis searcher is a rammerhead proxy. i’ve tried to use scramjet but it wasn’t having it on the raspberry pi (which didn’t even get used in the final version) but it’s a rammerhead proxy with a rainywareified home page.
idk what else to say about it other than running it with rainyware launcher brings along some TERRIFYING issues. and also discord shits itself and also accessing any other starlight tools OR the file storage cuz it’s all on the same network and neither public OR local addresses worked.

so remember when i said that discord doesn’t work with siñis searcher? well the executive solution is to build our own discord AGAIN, actually works decent this time. now with DMs and typing indicators. typing indicators are VERY finnicky in fact i don’t even think it works right. i was planning to add activity indicators to show who’s active but it would cause issues with rainyware launcher compatibility so i left them out.
uses the same account setup as the old rainsounds2.com thing (username/password/name, needs approval by admin) but unfortunately i couldn’t keep all the old accounts so ur gonna need a new one.

youtube is damn near unusable without restricted mode on, to start EVERY one of the videos on my gaming channel isn’t visible on restricted mode (we say fuck too much ig) and the solution is again to make our own version and so i can put any mp4 video and add a title and thumbnail. so rn it only has the NameTag71 videos and some miscelaneous videos.

for our school we’re only letting in people we trust (not necessarily friends but just like people that we’re sure won’t snitch like a bitch) so idk if you know us scream at us on discord or somthing
